On a long drive home from a party this past weekend, my husband put this album on for me to listen to. He was excited for me to hear it because he knew I would be blown away by her voice. I was also amazed by the fact that the album was recorded in 2006 and not 40 years ago like I had originally thought. Sharon Jones is fantastic! Check her out...
