Lasagna garden revisted

Remember a while back My friend Linda and I planted a Lasagna garden? Here is the link if you want to see how it all began. Anyways, our garden is all grown up now and bears gifts for us everyday. Cucumbers, zucchini, rainbow Swiss chard, peppers and tomatoes. Lots and lots of tomatoes. It was a great success and the best part was that it barely needed any maintenance at all. It helped that it rained consistently this summer and it retained all that water beautifully. Today I made a sweet and healthy zucchini bread from one of the huge zucchinis that Ezra picked. It's all very exciting and I am so proud of our garden. We have plans to plant another one soon.
