Eight is great!

Last weekend we celebrated Ezra's eighth birthday. Eight!!!! Over the past year I have seen a tremendous change in him. He is definitely becoming more independent. He walks to the store by himself and pays for things all on his own! He listens to his own music and phones friends up to chat. He is growing up to be a really sweet, funny, talented boy.  We are pretty proud of him. Instead of a party we took the boys and their cousins to Great wolf lodge. They had an amazing time. I love the idea of going away instead of throwing a party. I think it might become a tradition.
